How collaboration with MEHAKIO Works

  • The client contacts MEHAKIO with interest in buying or selling a commodity and shares basic details such as product type, quality, volume, destination, and timeline.

  • MEHAKIO evaluates technical and logistical feasibility, then prepares a tailored proposal that includes specifications, pricing, Incoterms, shipment plan, and any value added options such as quality upgrades or alternative sourcing.

  • Both parties agree on terms and sign the commercial contract. KYC and compliance checks are completed, and payment terms are confirmed through deposit, LC, or other agreed instruments so that the trade is secured.

  • MEHAKIO coordinates sourcing, inspection, documentation, and shipment until delivery is completed. After the first shipment, feedback is collected and the next cycles are planned to build a stable, long term trading partnership.
