What you will do
Depending on the role and your experience, you may work on:
Supplier and buyer communication (email, calls, online meetings)
Sourcing, quotations, and negotiating commercial terms
Preparing and checking trade documents (invoices, packing lists, COA, MSDS, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
Coordinating shipments with forwarders and partners
Supporting quality, compliance, and customer requirements
Building and maintaining long term client relationships
Who we are looking for
Must have
Strong business communication in English (written and spoken)
High attention to detail and strong follow-through on deadlines
Clear reporting and structured task management
Professional client handling and problem-solving mindset
Nice to have
Experience in trading, import/export, logistics, forwarding, customs, or procurement
Knowledge of food ingredients, nutraceuticals, cosmetic ingredients, or agricultural commodities
Familiarity with documentation and compliance requirements
Experience with sourcing, supplier vetting, and price negotiation
